✨ NOT YOUR USUAL WORKSHOP DAY. ✨

❣️11:00-12:30 Body Control adventure

We’ll work on the basic elements and key positions of body control

We’ll explore the difference between short and long movements

We’ll learn about pup, texture, and how to maintain tension in the body

We’ll learn about stopping in space and fixation

We’ll discuss basic isolation and fixation of a point in space

Extra bonus: we’ll explore the principle of manipulation

Of course, we’ll do a short dance routine to practice the knowledge we’ve acquired ✨

Level: All Level

Please observe this class is without a pole.

❣️ 12:45-14:15 Contemporary Pole

Aya will break down sound into its atoms and talk about how to work with musical layers

Let’s look at different body control techniques

We will learn to immerse ourselves in an image and convey our state through body movements

Aya will talk about the philosophy of movement and the meaning of dance in general

We’ll definitely dance my original choreography, shoot a video, and just have an amazing time!

❣️ 14:30-16:00 Partner Acrobatics

For anyone who wants to try paired practice of interaction with paired acrobatic elements

We’ll discover new areas of interaction with partners.
